The security of our products and digital solutions is important to us. If you identify a potential vulnerability in an RTB product, software or firmware, or in a component integrated into one of our products, you can report it directly to us.

What information is helpful?
To help us assess your report as effectively as possible, please provide the following information where available:
- affected product and model
- software or firmware version
- description of the potential vulnerability
- potential impact
- steps to reproduce the issue
- if applicable, sanitized screenshots, logs or other supporting information
Providing contact details is voluntary. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary personal data.
Responsible reporting
Please act responsibly when investigating potential vulnerabilities. In particular, avoid accessing or modifying third-party data and avoid unnecessarily disrupting systems.
We ask you to report potential vulnerabilities to RTB confidentially first and to coordinate the publication of any details with us in advance.
What happens after a report?
Once we receive a vulnerability report, it will be reviewed by the responsible teams at RTB. If further information is required, we will contact you, provided that you have supplied contact details.
